1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the platform, services, or mobile applications provided by Spectent Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Spectent", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization or enterprise entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services and applications.

2. Description of Services

Spectent provides an enterprise-grade operations management platform comprising modular applications for on-ground inspections (Spectent Inspect), asset lifecycle tracking (Spectent Asset), field service management and dispatch (Spectent Field Service), and compliance document governance (Spectent Docs).

Spectent reserves the right to enhance, upgrade, or modify features of the platform from time to time to improve operational quality, security, and performance.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the platform, authorized users must register and maintain an active account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated registration details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and authentication tokens.
• Promptly notify Spectent of any unauthorized account access or security breach.

4. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You agree to use our services solely for lawful enterprise and business operational purposes. You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Spectent software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform, servers, or networks.
• Circumvent security controls, access limits, or authentication mechanisms.
• Transmit malware, unauthorized automation bots, or harmful code.

5. Customer Data & Privacy

All customer data, inspection logs, asset inventories, and operational records submitted to the platform remain the property of the respective enterprise customer. Spectent processes customer data strictly to provide, maintain, and secure the services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, code, logos, trademarks, domain names, UI designs, and documentation associated with Spectent are the exclusive intellectual property of Spectent Services Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to customers or users under these Terms.

7. Service Availability & Support

While Spectent makes every reasonable commercial effort to ensure continuous system availability and high uptime, services may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency upgrades, or unforeseen telecommunications disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spectent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the services.

9. Termination & Account Deletion

Either party may terminate the service agreement subject to the applicable subscription terms. Users may request deletion of their personal account and data at any time via our Account Deletion Request page.

10. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurgaon / New Delhi, India.
